Ditrie Sanchez, also known as Ditrie Marie Bowie, is a two-spirit person with indigenous ancestral lineages from Borikén (Puerto Rico), the Canary Islands, North Africa, West Africa, and the Iberian peninsula. They exhibited prophetic dreaming and other mystical talents at a young age but lacked the community support and elders to train them. After immigrating to Canada in 2015, these gifts heightened even more. So they completed formal training in Reiki, psychic mediumship, and shamanism in order to make better use of their healing and oracular gifts.

Certifications

In addition to the certificates presented below, Ditrie also received training developed by Danielle Searancke, the Squamish Medium and founder of Spirit School. They also completed the Sacred Channeling course created by famed psychic, Emily Dexter.

No. Reiki isn't a religion, and it will work whether you believe in it or not.  

Though rare, this does happen and is perfectly normal. Usually this means that the Reiki is working in layers that cannot be consciously sensed.

If you experience any side effects from Reiki, they will be mild. Some examples of side effects are emotions coming up for processing, mild aches or soreness, or pre-existing injuries getting slightly more uncomfortable. Reiki side effects will ease with proper hydration and will not last more than three days.


Symptoms that last more than three days, don't get better after drinking enough water, or are moderate to severe are not related to Reiki. It is best to consult an allopathic physician to address any potential medical causes.
